🎉 Party Terms & Conditions

Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking
• Standard Parties: £40 deposit
• Laser Tag & Private Hire: £60 deposit
• Your party is NOT confirmed until the deposit is paid

Balance Payment:

• The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your party date
• If payment is not received by this date, your party may be cancelled
• We accept card payments online or by phone

Minimum & Maximum Numbers:

• Each party package has a minimum number of children (typically 10)
• Maximum numbers vary by party type and room capacity (up to 50 for private hire)
• You are charged based on the number of children attending

Updating Guest Numbers:

• You can update your guest count up to 14 days before your party
• After this date, changes cannot be made
• Final numbers are due when balance payment is made

Food Selection:

• Food choices must be submitted 14 days before your party date
• Hot or cold menu options are available (brunch menu for morning parties)
• Late selections may result in limited menu options

Allergies & Dietary Needs:

• CRITICAL: Please notify us of any food allergies or intolerances as soon as possible
• We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and religious dietary requirements
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• If in doubt, please discuss with our team before booking

We understand that plans change. Here's what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule:

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

• Contact us as soon as possible by phone (01858 419743) or email
• Provide your party reference code and proposed new date (if transferring)
• We will confirm availability and process your request

Arrival Times:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your party start time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced party time (we cannot overrun into the next booking)
• Guests should arrive at the official party start time

Supervision & Responsibility:

• The party organizer (adult) must remain on-site for the entire party duration
• Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and safety
• Children must follow our Rules of Play
• We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately without refund

Damage & Liability:

• The party organizer is liable for any damage caused by their party guests
• Mini Mischiefs is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety rules

Personal Photography:

• You are welcome to take photos and videos during your party
• Please be considerate of other families' privacy
• Do not photograph or film other people's children without permission

What's Included:

• Dedicated party host to coordinate your event
• Party room hire for your allocated time slot
• Hot or cold meal + dessert (standard parties)
• Unlimited squash and water for children
• Party bags (standard parties only)
• Invitations and thank you notes
• Tea/coffee for the birthday child's parents

Not Included / Optional Extras:

• Food for additional adults (can be ordered separately)
• Birthday cake (you provide your own)
• Decorations (we provide basic party room setup)
• Party bags for private hire parties (these are optional add-ons)

Force Majeure:

In the unlikely event that Mini Mischiefs must close due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, power outage, government restrictions, etc.), we will contact you to reschedule your party to an alternative date. Full refunds will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to existing bookings and posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
